Missing Tools in Tools Menu

Hello,

 

I have a user that's running the latest version of Acrobat (23.001.20143) that is missing quite a few tools from their software.

They have a valid Acrobat Standard DC license, and they were able to combine and edit PDFs with no issues before this week. Now, the combine tool, edit PDF tool, and others are no longer showing in the program.

 

I've attempted to check for updates, (none available since this is the latest build) repaired their Acrobat installation, restarted their computer, and signed out of their Adobe account and back in. None of those methods have resolved this problem.

 

Is this a known issue with the current build, or there an available fix?

Could you please confirm if there were any changes made that may have caused this?

Did you check if the tools are available in the tool pane on the right?

The screenshot shared above, are those the complete toolcurrently availablely in the application?

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.

Hello,

 

Sorry for the late response, your reply got caught in my email spam filter.

 

The only change made was Acrobat being updated to the latest version the day before.

The only tools available are the ones shown in the screenshot, the same tools show on the right pane.

 

Acrobat version: 23.001.20143

OS: Windows 10 Professional 10.0.19045
