Modification does not appear on creating PDF from Word file

Bonjour,

Nous possedons Adobe Acrobat Standard v2023.001.20174 ainsi que Office2016

Lorsque l'on veut creer un fichier PDF depuis un doc Word via le plugin pdfmaker, les Suivi de modication present dans le doc Word n'apparaisse pas dans le PDF

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    We have tried to replicate the behavior, and it works fine. Please let us know how you are adding the modification in Word.

    In the screenshot shared above, the text modification strikethrough appears on a Word file. In PDF, there is a different number. It would be helpful if you could share the complete steps you do for modification. 

    Also, share the screenshot of the preferences window on MS Word. Go to Acrobat ribbon > Preferences in MS Word.
