Modification of msi (upgrade table)

Hi

I downloaded the offline installer. Using it, I deployed the msi. However, this is version 15.

Using .msp, I created a new msi. When I try to install it, I get a message that the program is already installed on the computer. How do I modify the Upgrade table so that it recognizes the earlier version and removes it?

I added an entry with ActionProperty "UPGRADE" without specifying min and max versions. However, it did not change anything.
