Bonjour,

Bonne jour

Hi Gladys

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to chnage the color of the text field

We need some more information for a better understanding:

  • Is this a comment text field or a PDF form text box?
  • What is the application and the version you are using? To check the version Go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat /Reader DC
Make sure you have the latest version 20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
  • You may also try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that works for you.

You may refer to a similar discussion (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-can-i-use-fill-color-on-acrobat-pro-dc/td-p/8950531?page=1) to change the clor of the comment text box.

If you are referring to the PDF form text box, please refer to the similar discussion (https://answers.acrobatusers.com/Change-Background-color-for-a-text-box-q64968.aspx)
Note: Steps are same for Adobe Acrobat DC

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal
