Modifying Pre-defined Stamps

How can I edit the text of the stamps that are already available in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? e.g., rotating the "sign here" stamp so that it points to right instead of the left, results in the imbedded text being upside down and reversed. How do I solve this dilema?

Stamps are just PDF files. As such, you can edit them just like you would any other file.

The built-in stamps can be found here (on a Windows machine):

C:/Program Files (x86)/Adobe/Acrobat <VERSION NUMBER>/Acrobat/plug_ins/Annotations/Stamps

I would recommend to back them up first, though, before modifying them.

Why not just rotate the stamp. When selected the stamp will display various "gripper" spots. One of these sticks out from the stamp. This one is used for setting rotation.
