I subscribed to adobe for a word to pdf converstion which didn't end up working. It was a trial and didn't alert me that it was going to be taking money (£15) this has been going on for a while, i have now cancelled my plan but it's asking ro a £60 cancellation fee. It had originally said that my card credentials didn't work after putting them in multiple times and didn't alert me of any money being taken am i entitled to a full refund?
