More context for exported 'keyword in context' search results

Hi

Is there any way to specify the context range (number of words/characters) surrounding a keyword in context search result?

E.g. a search for 'bound' in a PDF gives: 'remain untreated. Beads bound to both target cells and control cells are then discarded,'

Can the number of words shown on each side of the keyword be increased, e.g to 20 words? If so, how?
