Mot de passe pour ouvrir un fichier

Bonjour,

 

J'ai téléchargé un fichier depuis une de mes applications de santé et pour ouvrir le fichier, il faut un mot de passe mais je ne m'en rappelle plus et je ne sais pas comment faire pour le changer
