Move old installation to new PC

I have Acrobat Professional DC 2015 with activation code and serial number. It was setup using an email that is not accessible to me anymore. I would like to move the installation to a WIN11 PC as WIN10 is no longer supported. How do I move the software to my new PC?

Thank you for the information. After multiple attempts I was able to use original installation files, compatibility mode and shutdown my internet connection at the right times to complete the installation. - Thanks for the quick response though.

I'm afraid that you likely don't.

If you've got a stand-alone copy of Acrobat Pro from 2015, that software has been obsoleted for a long time and there are no servers supporting installing that software on any system. I wish I had better news for you, but I don't. I'm an end user just like you, but I've dealt with trying to install old software, including Adobe software, on new systems and have encountered the same result.

You can try to call customer service at 800-585-0774. But I don't think you're going to get a better answer.

Sorry,

Randy

I'm glad you found a way past your issue. Sorry you had to do that to install on your new system.

Good luck,
