Move shared server location for shared comments

Question

Is it possible to point Acrobat to a new server for the location of comments?

Our file server that was hosting the comments has recently died and we have had to restore that data to a new location, but I can't find a way to tell Acrobat where to find the comments.

Any help appreciated

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

If for individual documents, you can go the comments panel, click the three dots to the top right of the panel, locate the file in the new file, and this should add the comments (screenshot attached).

If you want to change this for the entire organization, it can be done by the IT admin. Steps to do so can be found here: https://adobe.ly/4ltp0xI.
