Question

Move to Nitro

I am totally frustrated that I can no longer rotate a simple pdf through 90 degrees, as Adobe wants me to "start a free trial" on a basic product that was already free.  I shall now move to Nitro for my PDF read requirements.

As an aside, but equally frustrating is how difficult it is to contact Adobe and tell them how poor its service is, but perhaps that is done on purpose as they couldn't care less about its users??

Contacting Adobe support: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

There is, however, only a very reduced support for free products. Mostly, Adobe support will ask you to post in the community.

In Acrobat Reader you can rotate the view. It is free.
