Moving to a New Computer Unable to Install Acrobat XI Pro

I am in the process of setting up a new laptop and installing programs.  When I attempted to install the Acrobatr XI Pro version ( I have the needed key code), I get a message there is no a previous version found and unable to complete installing.

What are the steps to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Gary

Hi Gary

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to install the Acrobat XI on the new laptop.

- Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to install the application? Do you have the Acrobat XI installer via Disk?

- What is the OS version of the new laptop?

Adobe Acrobat XI is an old and EOL application  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html and not supported on the latest Windows or Mac OS,
Note: it may or may not work.

If you have purchased the product through Adobe.com or registered the product, Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/products. and in Registered products, next to the serial number for your app, click on download to download the application and then use the serial number to activate and check if that works.

Regards

Amal
