MS Excel links not preserved when creating pdf.

Hello

I am using Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe DC Professional.

I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs that I want to create as a PDF.  The excel spreadsheet has internal link that I created -I did not use a formula to create them but manually created them.

I have done this before about 3 months ago, and everything worked.  I had seen a post about going online to adobe.com and logging into my online account and creating the PDF that way--worked like a charm.

Now--fast forward to this last month--i have tried on multiple occassions to do the same procedure.  I save my spreadsheet with the internal links, close it, then go to adobe.com, login to my account and create PDF.  Some of the links are preserved, but not all of them.  To correct this, I have to manually go into the PDF file on my desktop adobe and re-create the links--this is extremely time consuming and completely unnecessary since I know it has worked in the past.

I have read several forums about using the Acrobat create PDF within Excel--I have checked to make sure that the create bookmarks and add links are checked.  When I create the PDF this way--NONE of the links are preserved.

I have tried saving the file as a PDF from the Save menu of Excel--when  I do that, not all pages are combined--even though I tell it to save the entire file.  Even so--the links are not preserved.

I have tried going into the desktop Adobe DC and create PDF from a file--some of the links do not work at all--other say

The Web Caption Operation you have requested has failed because of an error.

If anyone has a suggestion, I would welcome a response.

Thank you!
