Hi everyone,

I need your help about Acrobat DC add-in pdf Maker,

For 2-3 mounth, when i want to convert a MS Office document (xlsx, docx...) in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, i have an issue, the error message says: "an error occured, PDF maker could'nt create the file".

When i want to use pdf Maker with the add-in in the MS Office app (Word) there is no problem.

For the same reason, when i want to combinate a pdf and a MS Office document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, i have the same error and the doc is blocked by the process of the MS Office app that i have to kill in the task manager.

Any idea?

FYI:
- MS Office 2013
- Adobe Acrobat pro dc (2015 version 15.1536

- OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 (RDS infra with access by desktop for users).

What happens if you use instead the righ-click method in the MS Office document and just select from the context menu to open it directly in Acrobat?
