You can only assign a drop-down menu for each layer if you create the document with InDesign; those created in Acrobat Pro cannot be linked to a layer and remain above all layers.
In this case, you must either create two drop-down menus and display only one according to the language selected, or create a single drop-down menu whose items will be filled in via JavaScript according to the language selected.

Thanks man, it helps! I've created the PDF-Form in Acrobat Pro by using JavaScript. So i will expand the script into language versions. The rest i will split in layers! Thank you so much! Cheers from Germany 🙂

Use one layer for English and one for German.

Hi, ich denke wir können Deutsch reden 🙂 Wenn ich Layer benutze zerschiesst es mir die dynamischen Dropdown Menus. Ich kann alles umschalten (DE/EN) aber den Inhalt des Dropdown Menus zeigt da System nicht an!
