Multi-Color Find and Highlight and Delete All Annotation

How do I submit an Actions Wizard script, '.sequ' to the Actions Exchange?  

I have been searching through files looking for key words.  I built upon the great work others had done in the Action Exchange and made two tools I hope will be helpful to others.  The first is an Action Wizard tool that finds and highlights a set of words in a PDF.  The functionality I added was a GUI options panel where the user can select the highlighter color.  This allows for easy highlighting of various word sets in multiple colors.  Additionally, I found that the existing 'Delete All Comments' tool failed if comments were read only.  So, I created a tool that deletes all annotations, comments, and markups regardless of their protection status. 

I would attach the files here but the community forum doesn't support Action Wizard file type '.sequ'.  Come on Adobe. It's literally your own custom file type.
