Multi page viewing

Is it possible to view more than 2 pages across a screen? I have a wide screen and want to get screen shots of  abook I wrote I want screen shots entire chapters that are anything from 3 to 40 pages long as a quick reference to pu on my phone.. All I can get from Acrobat is 2 pages wide. Word.docs allow me to get any number of pages into a screen shot but pdfs are duds....HELP....otherwise I'm converting the book back to Word.Cheers Jim

    It's not perfect, but can you use the Organize Pages tool?

    Thanks for the reply David. However it's not quite what I want. The size of the pages is NOT adjustable when using Organise Pages, and they appear as thumbnails with a lot of wasted space in between (as per this screenshot below). Maybe it's something that Adobe can look into
