Multiple initial issue

May I ask why I keep getting "choose initials" whenever I sign a document?

The message appears when you have more than one initial saved. Please try removing all and then create a new one.

I have deleted all and create new but it does not help.

Hi,

It could be a sign that you have 2 certificates on your system. Either the first one was duplicates or at some point, you created a second one.
