Multiple Lines in Field

I have Adobe Acrobat Version 11, and I am trying to ensure that all text is visible in a field. I tried selecting the Multi Line feature, but the text is too large to be viewed on multiple lines in the size box I have. I tried using Auto Font size so that the size of the text would adjust for the length, but that does not seem to be working either.

Is there any way to ensure that texts wraps onto the next line and is visible in its entirety?

Thanks for any advice you can give!

If text size is set to auto and the multiline option is set, then text will resize so it all fits.

This works on my computer, but, when my coworker opens the document, the text does not resize to fit. Do you know why this would be?

In what application (and on what kind of machine) are they viewing the file?
