Multiple Signatures on PDF

I know this has been covered previously, but for some reason, I'm not finding the answer to exactly what I need.  I have a document, that will need 3 E-signatures.  The (Signer) is requesting that I send it just to them, once they sign it, they will forward it to the other 2 for signatures.

How do I set this up if I don't know all 3 signers?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Olyn3565423607w4,

Thank you for reaching out.

In this case, you can add the three signers to the agreement or add the recipients' email addresses three times instead of one time in the recipient list. In the second and the third recipient, you can assign the delegate role for the recipient: https://adobe.ly/40XPihQ

If you do not have the enterprise service plan, the recipient will get the delegate option in the email. So, when the first recipient signs the document, he/she will receive the email again as the second recipient, which can then be delegated. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/42Motjr

You may also try the Acrobat Sign web form: https://adobe.ly/40S4vkB. Check if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
