I have contracts to go to High Schools for courses being taught. I have converted the contracts to a from with signatures however there are   Several signers @ each school,  one teacher may teach several different courses but I need that teacher;s signature for each course.. Do I need to create 15 different fields for the same teacher in each document? Is thre any way to stream line this. I have 43 schools with over 600 courses and 250 different teachers.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A signature applies to the entire file as a whole, so signing the same file multiple times doesn't make sense, unless there is a requirement to do so for each "role" they have. If you're asking whether a signature can be copied from one field to another, the answer is no.

However, I'm not sure a conventional signing process is suitable in your case. I would look into using something like Adobe Sign to keep track of all of those signatures. If you try to do it using Digital Signature fields the file-size will explode very quickly and the file itself will be very slow to load.
