Multiple Users Resolving Comments

My boss and I are working with a large team reviewing a proposal. She will send out the PDF for comments from the team. Once we receive everyone's comments back, do you know if we can both go into the document and resolve comments at the same time? Or does she only have access to resolve comments since she was the one who sent it to the team? 

 

If we both can resolve comments at the same time in the document, how can we do that?

You can turn off Document Cloud sharing under the Reviewing preferences and use a server review:
