Mutiple files Page Scaling before printing

Is there a way to select multiple pdf files in a folder and go to Print section (Ctrl+P), change the scale of the files (reduce size by 15% for example) and then Print (or save as pdf)?

Not really, plus it's a very bad way of scaling PDF files. A better way is to use the Preflight tool. Then you would be able to run it as a part of an Action on multiple files and won't have to manually enter a new file name for each one.
