my acrobat pro dc 2015 student teacher edition not working any more?

Question

hi guys, thanks for the time,..I purchased acrobat pro dc [2015 release, student teacher edition] in June 2016, activated it, and have been using it ever since with no problem..But since I restarted my computer yesterday (factory reset), I'm having trouble getting the software going again,...The "Plans & Products" section of my adobe account is empty, when it should show acrobat pro?the "Products" section does show my serial number for my "Adobe Acrobat Pro", but no download link?but I'm still having trouble finding the software,  all the download links [to Adobe Pro, or Adobe Classic are all the same] & are not letting me do what I need too?how can I find the proper download link for the software I have, or what can I do?This is really frustrating me,.. I need help.
