My Adobe Acrobat X Pro all of sudden will not recognize my Canon DR-6080 Production Scanner. Keeps saying it can not lock on to the scanner. Please check to seeing if the scanner is being used by another program - none are running. Error code 4630

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

The Scanner worked fine the last time I used is.  I'm running on Windows 7. !

There can be multiple root cause for this issue like drivers problem, connectivity problem, compatibility issue, hardware issue or installation problem. Please try some troubleshoot option available in the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-scanner-issues-acrobat.html. If the issue still persist please let us know.

does you computer list the scanner in your control panel?

does you scanner work with any other program?
