My Adobe DC upgraded me to Adobe Pro Trial - didn't want it

Hello

Why has my license changed? I can’t edit docs anymore? My computer says I have Adobe Acrobat Pro but I did not sign up for it !?

Can you assist?

I removed and reinstalled Acrobat DC as I bought a one off license and had my product code but the Adobe file identifier says Acrobat Pro DC Still and and I am dead in the water !.

This has happened before in February this year as well for no apparent reason…...

if windows, clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer

reinstall your version and activate with your serial number.
