MY ADOBE STANDARD 9 WON'T ALLOW ME TO DEACTIVATE

The option to deactivate my product is not available.  I'm trying to move my acrobat 9 to my new computer and can't deactivate my old computer product.

Kindly go through the help document Activate and deactivate Adobe products

You might not be getting deactivation option in the help because of internet connectivity issue.

You may also go through the Activation and deactivation troubleshooting
