I can't close the app down or update it or anything it only says this:

"Please wait while we work to resolve the issue, then try again. If the issue is not resolved, please contact customer service."

But nothing happens.

Please help me:)

Hello @jens_9381

I hope you're doing well. We apologize for the delayed response and the trouble. I am following up to see if you are still experiencing the issue.

Please try to force shut down the machine, then launch Acrobat, check for the latest build from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

You can use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to uninstall the current installation, restart your computer, and then reinstall Acrobat.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
