My Arobe acrobat renewal failure

I kept getting message that my Adobe Acrobat subscription will expire soon.

When I tried to renew, it did not allow. It prompted go to Adobe store.

Where Adobe prompted me to buy Adobe Creative cloud. I purchased.

But my Adobe would not let me create PDF file out of Word document.

It says my subscription has expired.

Can anyone help.
