My card is card is being charged even though my adobe account isn’t active. I’ve checked and it says that it’s on the free to use.

Apparently yall have been charging for 2-3 months for my adobe account that I canceled back in June. Even when I check subscriptions it says that there are none and that I’m using the free to use portion of adobe. So why am I getting charged, and will I get refunded?
