My company has 9 employees, each with their own licenses. As we grow, paying for each license is becoming too expensive. Is there a better way that all staff can have simple adobe pdf access without paying so much?

I am looking to lower the monthly cost for my company.  Right now, each staff has been provided a license.  We usually only use Adobe PDF to read, edit, sign, and combine files.  Currently each license is an average of $24 each, per month, for 9 staff.  I need to find a better way.  Are there any group options where multiple people can use Adobe Acrobat at a group rate?

You have a few options off the top of my head…

    1. If everyone does not need to combine or edit documents or you can do it on one system, you can use the free Adobe Reader for reading, commenting, and signing. Have one system with Acrobat Pro.
    2. You can look into Acrobat Express, Standard, or Pro for individuals or teams. These cost $10, $17, and $24 respectively. (Prices may differ depending on quantity of users.)
    3. Use only Adobe Reader with online services, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Merge PDF files:
      https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/merge-pdf.html
And the Adobe Acrobat Free PDF Editor:

Another option is to look at Acrobat for Teams:

@jane-e I did mention teams too, but didn’t make it completely clear it was a separate option.

Be sure to double-check that the free or less expensive services do the editing you need.
