My computer crashed. I tried to reinstall, with no success---the Serial Number gets rejected.

Help....is there a way to get a new or updated Serial Number, without having to pay for this program, again?

you need your serial number.  a new will not be issued and can't be purchased unless you're buying acrobat dc.

there are ways to recover a serial number if your program is installed on a computer and sometimes checking the account used to purchase/register and sometimes other ways depending on how you purchased.

I did purchase Acrobat Pro DC. 

I had originally purchased Adobe Acrobat 9.  When I first tried Acrobat Pro DC, on a trial basis---the downloading of that trial eliminated my Acrobat 9.
.
Anyway, it's the Acrobat Pro DC that I'm having issues with.  And, yes, I have my serial number.,...it's just not working.

So...the issue IS NOT that I need to recover my serial number.  The issue is, upon downloading the Acrobat Pro DC, I am being told that I don't have the accurate serial number---which is, confusing since I had it right on the CD cover.
