My document prints differently than it appears on the screen.

Question

Why does my document look ok on the screen but print diferently?  I've attached two files, the first is what it looks like on the screen and then second is how it prints out.  On the print out, the font is overlapping for some reason.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
