My eSignature Option is not Working like the tutorial

I'm trying to send a document for eSignature but, I don't think it's working properly. This is the window that is coming up. It's forcing me to "select file" and when I do, it's says it's not supported but, it's the PDF that I have open and trying to send. What am I missing?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. You may also try requesting signature via the document cloud link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

Also, make sure that the file is not password protected or digitally signed.
