My form fields are no longer active

I'm in the middle of filling out a 15 page application and after saving the fourth or 5th time, I reopen and the form fields are no longer active.

How do I turn them back on to enable filling them out?

Hi Phil_1,

It might be possible that there is a security setting applied on the pdf as the following thread discusses:

form fields not working . Try the steps suggested by Thom Parker in the link under correct answer and check if that resolves the issue.

Also, let us know the application you are using to fill the form- Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?
