My Free trial is up before I even use it?

So I JUST downloaded Adobe Acrobat DC tonight that claims it has a free 7 day trial. It required me to sign in, so I just used my old sign in from a few years ago because it was easier but when I did, it said my free trial was up and I wouldn't be able to use the program without paying! It's bad enough that Adobe had a breach a few years back but didn't bother to notify me that my user name, password and credit card info had been taken along with millions of others but now I don't even get my trials to see if I like a product before it tries to take my money? I needed to use it tonight, like right now and I don't just have a bunch of money laying around to pay for a service I might use occassionally. I haven't used an adobe product in ages because I haven't had a computer until recently, so IDK what they're trying to pull here but I don't like it. 😠

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience with the services. We regret for the inconvenience caused.

Any Adobe product's trial can be availed only once in a lifetime on one computer. You haven't been able to install the trial again, as it has already been used in past or we would say installed on the same machine using the same ID.

What best we can suggest is that you can register with a different ID and download it on a different computer/laptop.

Thanks,
