my ink is transparent when i use fill and sign option to fill out documents?

Hi, I don't know why every time I try to fill out any documents using fill and sign tool the words are transparents not in black color, I removed the app and reinstalled but the problem still exist.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20414) and let us know if the issue is fixed?

If not, please share the below details for further investigation:

1. The OS and its details;

2. A screen recording video of the entire event;

3. A sample file where you experience the issue to test in-house.

I have the same problem, my OS is latest version of MacOs as of april 2025. This is VERY frustrating.
