My IT team needed to set me up with a new user in Windows 11. Now all of my stamps are missing in 2020 Pro. I have go in and added the the files into ENU under \Annotations\stamps. However, with no luck. HELP.

My IT team needed to set me up with a new user in Windows 11. Now all of my stamps are missing in 2020 Pro. I have gone in and added the the files into ENU under \Annotations\stamps. However, with no luck. 

 

I know I was able to do this before. I can add a NEW stamp, and that adds into the system. But I guess I’m not seeing the sercet folders these are saved too.

I know I dont have to add each one, one at a time. 

 

Any help would be great!

    The folder “…/Annotations/stamps” is the Application level stamp folder. There is another User folder, which is where Acrobat places all user created stamps.

    But what do you mean by “missing stamps”.  Are all stamps missing, or just the user created stamps?
