Question
My order wsa auto cancelled
After purchasing 3 new Acrobat Pro licenses, after 20 minutes, we have received cancellation email stating:
"Thank you for ordering from Adobe Creative Cloud. At your request, or at the request of the fulfiller and/or the manufacturer, the following was canceled from your order."
And there was nothing entered for "Reason for cancellation".
Can someone assist? Please note that our credit card was deducted with the correct amount.
