My PC memory is full due to 49GB of Adobe files being stored in the Windows Installer file, is it safe to delete them? Why are they being stored in the Windows Installer file, would anyone know? I cannot use my PC due to the low memeory and I cannot contact anyone from Adobe to help. Would really love some advice please? My technician is concerned if the files in the Windows Installer are deleted it might delete all my Adobe files.

@ritaf5419324 your technician is correct. Windows keeps these files because they are necessary for maintenance, updates, and uninstalls. If you need to repair, update, or remove an Adobe app, the Windows operating system retrieves the original installer information from this cache. If you delete these files, Windows won't be able to find the original source files, which can cause problems later.

Is there any other files you can delete?

They are not correct. Removing old installers has no effect over the files you created with the applications. The worst thing it can do is that the application itself won't work (not likely, either), but the files created with it are unrelated to that. I would recommend moving those files to a backup drive. In case they are needed, you can always copy them back. My bet is that won't be the case.
