My pdf files for equipment catalogues load slowly then crash

I get this screen when i try to open simple pdf files of machines we sell i am using a surface laptop studio

This error could be the indications many things, not necessarily Adobe Acrobat.

From your screenshot, the unhappy puzzle face, it coukd be many things that went wrong.
