My pdf's will not combine into a single PDF. It stopped working.

I have several different ways to try and combine my pdf's into one single one. Nothing is working. It will just list all of the files but won't combine them. It used to work and all of a sudden stopped working. The only way to combine is by opening one PDF file and then clicking on the Insert page button in the top right corner.

It created a Portfolio. Click the Options button in the first screenshot and change it from Portfolio to Single PDF.

Awesome got it. I am on a mac and under options I had to uncheck the "Save as PDF Portfolio" box and it worked! thank you for responding. I appreciate you. Have a wonderful day.
