My perpetual licenses and their downloads, and record of purchase now gone.

I'm really confused here. Two days ago, it started asking me for a login off of FM2019, which failed, the screen would lock up. I got a workaround from Tech support which worked, and now it's asking for a serial number. I went into the account that had FM2019 and Acrobat 2020 pro and poof! Both are gone, There is no evidence I ever purchased them, and thus, there are no serial numbers to activate either.

This is bonkers! I get not supporting a product, but completely and arbitrarily removing it like this ... in the middle of a project? I got someone on the phone, and they claim I never purchased anything; it's crazy.

Please help!
