    I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry for the trouble you had.

     

    Could you please share more details about the issue? Are you trying to access the e-signature services via the Acrobat/Reader desktop app, or the Acrobat online services? 

    Sign out of Acrobat/Reader > close the app > restart the computer > sign back in, and check.

    If you are using a browser for the e-signature service, please use a different browser and try again.

     

    Also, could you please share the workflow through which you are getting this error message? We’re here to help, just need more info.
