My school creative cloud account is saying my trial has ended

Hello. My School has recently given all it's students a organization Adobe CC susbcription with access to all the products. My subscribtion works for photoshop (which I am still able to use) however when I try to use Acrobat, it says my trial has ended and refuses to let me export files, it also says my CC acount is a "Free Trial" account and it has ended and I must upgrade. Could this be because I accidentally clicked free trial, instead of registering it as a school acount. What would be the solution to this?

(In the image below you can see it says my trial has ended despite it having the "School" account symbol)

Hey Regan!

I hope you are doing well, and I am sorry for the trouble you had.

I have checked your account with the email address you have used to sign-in on the Acrobat community and there isn't any Creative Cloud All Apps subscription/license is registered and this is the reason you are getting the trial error message on the CC account as well as on Acrobat.

You can check the details of the subscriptions registered on your Adobe account: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account.html

Sign out from the CC desktop app and all other Adobe applications quit them, then restart the machine.

Sign in using the Adobe ID (email) through which the subscription is associated.

Then choose the other option > 'Company or School Account' on the login page

Please follow the onscreen instructions for the login process and then check with Acrobat application.

If you are still getting the same trial error, you might have to get in touch with your University's IT team and have to check about the correct email address on which the subscription/license is mapped and then use the same email address to sign-in.

Please let us know how it goes and share your observations.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
