My sign icon is disabled. I cannot sign any documents.

I tried all possible ways and my "sign" icon is disabled, so I can't sign any documents. Anyone can help me find a solution?Bruno

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are talking about Fill and Sign: I can not open the button Sign, when i have opened the tool Fill in & Sign, i can not click it open... can someone help … Else, you may open a file in Reader/Acrobat, click on File > Properties > Security tab, check if you have permissions to sign a document.
