My website account is not connecting to my adobe pro account

I need to convert files for work but there is not option on the adobe pro app. There seems to be a good converter on adobe but it says I do not have an account. This is weird, but my credentials are the same!. The account in adobe website even have my adobe pro credentials activiated. What is the solution?

    Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/email you are using on this community and cannot locate any paid subscription/license for Adobe Acrobat.

     

    Please make sure you are using the correct email address and try again.

    Like I said, I already downloaded adobe pro. I dont understand whats the issue?

    Hi there

     

    What happens when you try to convert the files? do you get any error message, if yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding. Also, a small video recording would be very helpful.
