MYOB pdf printing with Windows 10.

We use MYOB and we print all our documents to pdf prior to emailing them out to clients. Two of our newer computers are running Windows 10 and when printing to pdf with these computers they print using an image instead of a clean print. When we try to edit the pdf the text recognition makes the document look messy and moves some text around. I have tried changing the setting but for some reason the two Windows 10 machines will not give me a clean pdf. How can I fix this issue. I have already tried talking to MYOB and they will not help as Adobe DC Pro is a third party program. Need help.

My other Windows 7 machines have not issues.

Hello Clasey,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please run the Enhance Scan and Recognize text before running the OCR to the files and then Edit it. Please choose the current language you have in the Recognize text's settings. For more information,  you may also refer to Scan documents to PDF, Adobe Acrobat
