Não consigo aplicar texto sobrescrito na ferramenta de comentário

Há algum tempo venho enfrentando um problema no meu Acrobat.

Quando uso qualquer ferramenta de comentário e escrevo um texto que precisa ser sobrescrito, eu aplico o sobrescrito e, assim que eu clico em "publicar", o texto vai para subscrito. Já reparei o adobe e até desinstalei e reinstalei, mas nada foi resolvido.

Eu preciso muito dessa ferramenta porque corrijo textos e muitos deles têm referências bibliográficas e preciso que fique visualmente correto para quem for aplicar as alterações.
