Necesito contactar a alguien de Abobe para consulta

La verdad es que hace un un tiempo que tengo este problema, si bien tengo cuenta adobe acrobat pro cuando abro un PDF no están todas las herramientas disponibles y me pide que prueba abobe acrobar pro gratis (?). Estoy logeada, de hecho desde ahí voy a la cuenta y verifico que la cuenta está activa, la suscripción vigente y no hay problema con el pago. De hecho si quiero comprar la suscripción no me deja porque ya la tengo. Es el cuento del eterno retorno, no me deja usar las herramientas full porque no tengo suscripción a pro pero no puedo suscribime porque ya posse el plan.

@celeste_4709 it sounds like you had installed the free version (trial) and then went ahead and purchased the full version. But did you ever removed the trial version from your computer? There could be a few other underlying causes, such as corrupted application files, issues with Adobe's licensing servers communicating with your installed software, or even conflicts with other software on your computer. Probably not, hence why you are getting the issue above. SO, I would use Adobe Cleaner to remove that Trial version. Use Adobbe Cleaner from Adobe themselves, not a third party website.
